Our story begins in 2022, since some time ago we took our HHP (house hold pet) to competitions in TICA (The International Cat Association) that's where we learned all about responsible and legitimate catteries. After a few years on the subject, we decided to have a cattery so we started looking at various breeds and fell in love with the American Curl, these beautiful, playful and affectionate cats. Thanks to their beautiful mutation in the ears, the cattery has its name Selcouth which means: Unknown, rare, strange and yet wonderful.

But why the American Curl? It is a big question but the answer is very simple and it is because they are so spontaneous, not for nothing they are known as the Peter Pan of cats, thanks to keep their personality of kittens in adulthood and thats why I call my American Curl cats "Curlitos" 🧸
